Who is responsible
The controller for the personal data processed on gmbh-austria.com is the company named above. For any question about your data, write to us or email info@gmbh-austria.com.
What we collect
- Contact form: your name, email address, the service you ask about and your message.
- Onboarding questionnaire: the details you give about the company you plan, its shareholders and managing directors, and your confirmation on the source of funds.
- Payment form: the invoice number, your name, email address, the amount and the payment method you choose.
- Technical data sent with every form: the page you sent it from and, where present, the campaign parameters in the link you followed.
- Analytics data: pages viewed, clicks, scrolling and device information, collected with cookies as described in our Cookie Policy.
- Page-view statistics without cookies: the page address, the referring page, and the browser and device type, counted by Ahrefs Web Analytics, which stores nothing on your device.
We do not ask for card details on this site. Card payments are entered on Stripe's own payment page, and we never see the card number.

Who receives your data
- Cloudflare: hosts the website, runs the Turnstile check that protects our forms, and forwards email sent to info@gmbh-austria.com.
- Resend: delivers the messages our forms send to us.
- Stripe: processes card payments.
- NOWPayments: processes cryptocurrency payments.
- Google (Google Analytics) and Microsoft (Clarity): measure how the site is used.
- Google (Google Maps): shows the map on the contact page; when the map loads, your browser sends your IP address and the page address to Google.
- Ahrefs (Ahrefs Web Analytics): counts page views without cookies and without storing anything on your device.
Each of these providers processes data on our behalf or as an independent payment provider under its own terms. Some of them may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where they do, the transfer relies on an adequacy decision of the European Commission or on the Commission's standard contractual clauses.
We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it with anyone for their own marketing.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry data for as long as we need it to answer you and to follow up on your request. If you become a client, we keep the records the law requires businesses to keep, for the statutory retention period. Analytics data is kept for the retention period set in each analytics tool.
Your rights
- Access to the data we hold about you (Art. 15 GDPR).
- Correction of inaccurate data (Art. 16).
- Erasure, where the law allows it (Art. 17).
- Restriction of processing (Art. 18).
- Data portability (Art. 20).
- Objection to processing based on legitimate interest (Art. 21).
- Withdrawal of consent at any time, without affecting processing before the withdrawal (Art. 7(3)).
