The information on this website
The pages on this site explain Austrian GmbH law and procedure in general terms. They are not legal, tax or accounting advice for your situation. Laws, fees and official practice change; each page shows the date it was last updated. Rely on a written proposal from us, not on a web page, before you act.
Proposals and engagements
- Enquiries are free of obligation. Sending a form creates no contract.
- Each engagement is agreed in writing. Our proposal states the scope, the fee and what you need to provide.
- Prices are given on request. Official charges, such as court fees and notarial fees, are separate from our fee unless the proposal says otherwise.
- Some work is done by licensed professionals. A notarial deed is executed by an Austrian notary. Bookkeeping, annual accounts and tax advice are reserved to licensed accountants and tax advisers in Austria, and we do not provide them.
Ready-made companies
The list of ready-made GmbHs shows companies available at the date shown. A listing is not an offer that binds us. A purchase takes place only by a share-transfer agreement in the form of an Austrian notarial deed.
Paying an invoice
- Only for invoices we have issued. The payment page takes the invoice number and the amount on it.
- Card payments are processed by Stripe, crypto payments by NOWPayments, each under its own terms.
- Card details never reach our servers.
Liability
We are liable for our services under the written engagement and the mandatory law. We are not liable for decisions taken on the basis of general information on this website alone.
Governing law
These terms and any engagement are governed by Austrian law, unless the engagement says otherwise. Mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence are not affected.
